Terms & Conditions - Effective September 2025

1. Introduction

At Atelier Bloom Tattoo Co., we believe tattoos are more than ink — they are living expressions of creativity, where art blooms on skin. Every piece is designed as a collaboration, shaped by artistry, intention, and the ambiance of our studio.

Our philosophy is rooted in creating timeless work that flows uniquely with each client’s body, honoring the individuality of every person who walks through our doors.

To ensure this experience is as seamless and elevated as possible, these Terms & Conditions outline the policies of Atelier Bloom Tattoo Co. and artists Madison and Alexander Adamson. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the following provisions.

2. Booking & Agreement

A tattoo appointment is confirmed only when a deposit is paid at the time of scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable and serve as proof of commissioning a tattoo project.

By paying a deposit, the client enters into a binding service agreement with Madison Adamson.

Madison Adamson reserves the right to decline or refuse projects, including designs deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our studio’s standards.

Clients must provide truthful and accurate information during booking and in all required health disclosures. Providing false or incomplete information releases Atelier Bloom and its artists from liability for any resulting complications.

3. Conditions of Service

All tattoos are performed in accordance with Pennsylvania health and safety regulations and under the highest hygiene standards using professional-grade equipment and materials.

Clients must complete and sign a Consent & Medical Disclosure Form prior to being tattooed. Service cannot be performed without these forms.

Atelier Bloom reserves the right to refuse service to clients who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or otherwise impaired.

Tattoo quality and healing are dependent on proper aftercare. Atelier Bloom is not responsible for adverse results due to failure to follow the provided aftercare instructions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Deposits are required at the time of scheduling to secure an appointment. Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of the session.

Deposits are applied to the final cost of the tattoo but are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 5 business days in advance to retain the deposit.

Rescheduling is permitted once under the original deposit; additional reschedules require a new deposit.

Significant changes to the tattoo design must be communicated at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled session.

Follow-up sessions (if included) must be scheduled within the timeframe set by the artist. Missed follow-up sessions without notice result in forfeiture of the complimentary service.

Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed; beyond this, the appointment and deposit may be forfeited.

6. Age Restrictions

In compliance with Pennsylvania law (18 Pa.C.S. § 6311), no one under the age of 18 may be tattooed under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every client.

7. Copyright & Media Rights

All tattoo designs created by Madison and Alexander Adamson remain the intellectual property of the artists. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or tattooed elsewhere without express written consent.

Atelier Bloom reserves the right to photograph tattoos and use images for its portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client expressly declines in writing prior to the session.

Client personal data is handled in confidence and used only for booking, consent, and recordkeeping in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Tattoos involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: pain, swelling, allergic reactions, scarring, infection, fading, or dissatisfaction with placement/design.

By proceeding with a tattoo, clients acknowledge these risks and release Atelier Bloom Tattoo Co., Madison Adamson, and Alexander Adamson from liability for complications arising from the tattooing process, except in cases of proven negligence.

Atelier Bloom is not liable for:

Reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

Adverse results caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Natural variations in skin, healing, or pigment retention.

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the studio.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania.

10. Amendments

Atelier Bloom Tattoo Co. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
